Arcinbox provides lower-cost Google, Microsoft, Azure, and SMTP email infrastructure. Choose a provider to fit your workflow and budget, then use your sending platform to manage campaigns and replies.
Google mailboxes are $2.50 per mailbox per month. Microsoft mailboxes are also $2.50 per mailbox per month. Azure is $30 per tenant per month. SMTP pricing depends on your requirements. Check your order for domain charges, setup scope, taxes, and any optional services.
A mailbox is an individual email account. A tenant is an organization-level environment that can contain accounts and services. The $30 Azure price is per tenant, not per mailbox. Confirm the included mailbox count, licenses, sending limits, and receiving support before ordering. Azure Communication Services Email is a sending service and is not the same thing as a Microsoft 365 inbox.
Connection options depend on the provider and your sending tool: Google and Microsoft commonly use OAuth, while custom mail servers typically use SMTP for sending and IMAP for receiving. Confirm support for your exact tool and authentication method before you order.
Yes, and Arcinbox includes domain warmup at no extra cost. New domains and accounts need a gradual, monitored sending ramp. Set up authentication, validate your contacts, and watch bounces and complaints as you increase volume. Automated warm-up is not a guarantee of inbox placement; provider rules and real recipient engagement still matter.
No provider can guarantee that every email reaches the inbox. Authentication, domain and IP reputation, recipient engagement, list quality, and sending behavior all affect delivery. Follow your mailbox provider’s sending policies and make it easy for recipients to opt out.
